based album, less flash guitar solos more
feeling on driven chords and weird shapes. I'd
like to think the new album somewhat sounds
more mature. We are a mixed genre band but I
feel even through each song sounds different

say some of the songs on the first album. Songs
like 'Pieces' were just too out there different and
miss fitting to the likes of 'The Line', 'No Quit' and
'Saturday Night TV'. The new album will be
approximately 60% electric and 40% acoustic

Buzzard are no strangers to the gig circuit. They've performed with artists such as
Diamond Head and Evil Scarecrow; impressed crowds at festivals including Rebellion
Punk festival, Wolves Fest, The North East Wales Diversity Festival and 2017 is looking
to be their busiest year to date. RGG caught up with frontman and guitarist Jimmy
Croutear and asked him about the forthcoming Buzzard album 'Valium Gorillas' which
is currently in production.
