Where to start? This years Wolvesfest was a fantastic success with lovely smiley people thronging
through the gate. The sun was our friend, as were you, the wonderful and happy crowd who came
in the hundreds to enjoy the bands. I can't thank the bands enough for their fantastic sets - and
even bigger thirsts - the VIP bar got a hammering this year! Stand outs for me were The Boston
Shakers, The Assist, Harry & The Howlers, Ed Geater and local superstars Wolfslang. All of these
are destined for huge success. Though it has to be said, there wasn't a bad act on the bill. Nick
Townsend was his usual brilliant self, our door staff were as good as you can get, great food,
superb sound from Steve via Cannock PA and hot but happy bar staff. To our neighbours - sorry
if it was a bit loud... but it is only once a year. If you missed it.... more fool you! But of course
there is always next year - which will be even bigger and better if that is possible?
