Renowned for their high octane live shows,
The Brew's new album 'Control' sees this no-
nonsense rock band bringing the sounds of
the live stage to the recording studio.
Produced by Toby Jepson (Little Angels, The
Virginmarys, The Answer, Saxon) and mixed
by Steve Harris (U2, Santana, Kodaline, Kula
Shaker) The Brew have raised the bar and cre-
ated easily their boldest and most confident
recording to date.
Hailing from Northeast England, Grimsby
UK - The Brew formed in 2004 and quickly
gained momentum on the live circuit.
Following the release of 2008’s ‘The Joker’
The Brew broke internationally and won a
string of awards / nominations for best live
act, guitarist and drummer by Germany’s
national rock magazine 'Eclipsed’.
Seemingly overnight the band were filling
thousand capactiy venues throughout
Europe including Spain, Poland, Germany
and live performances on tv including head-
lining the prestigious German music show
‘Rockpalast’ when in 2012 The Brew won an
award for being the most popular band,
as voted for by the public.
After 3 studio albums, 2012’s ‘Live In
Europe’ release, playing major festivals,
sharing the stage and touring with some of
the most iconic artists in recent times
including ZZ Top, Ozzy Osbourne,
Chickenfoot, Jeff Beck, Lynryd Skynryd -
The Brew have fine tuned, crafted their
music and with the release of their 4th stu-
dio album ‘Control’, this classic rock 3 piece
have captured the essence of what makes
them tick - raw, modern, live music.
