Verdict:
A brilliant 3 track EP from Birmingham band THE DELTA RHYTHM. When
I first started listening I immediately liked what I heard but whenever I review stuff and
this happens there's always a danger of songs getting boring after a while, in this case with
TDR it never happened. What this band do very well is maintain your interest with superb
dynamics, beautiful guitar or piano work, natural sounding beats and warm note-perfect
vocals; the singer Sami Cornick is terrific. It's a powerful chemistry and they need to keep
creating music. Highlights for me were 'Singing The Blues' and 'Better Things'. Top work
