The Birmingham Drum School are hosting the
final heat of the UK Fastest drummer
competition on Sunday th November
Heats begin at
pm and all proceeds of the
day will go toward the Birmingham Children’s
Hospital
This is a fantastic opportunity for drummers to
get together and discuss good drumming
techniques keeping fit how to warm up properly
and avoid injury whilst playing at speed Also of
course there will be an element of competition
and we expect most people to have lots of
attempts at smashing the world record!
The world famous Drum o meter will be set up at
the school and an official WFD judicator will be
on hand to measure your stick speed should you
break the record of over
beats per minute
That’s over beats per second!
We hope to attract drummers from all over the
Midlands to come and have a go and we are
inviting some of our superstar drumming friends
to come down and join in the fun!
