First started in 1968 by Big Bear Records founder Jim Simpson, once again Tuesdays is Bluesdays, with one of the UK’s most legendary blues nights reborn at The Bulls Head. 5th November Kent DuChaine Kent spent time in Austin, Texas in the mid 70’s, soaking up the blues at “Antone’s”, who where beginning to bring in alot of the old Blues men. He met Stevie RayVaughn and learned that there where others who shared the same passion and respect for the real Blues. 12th November The Whiskey Brothers The Whiskey Brothers featuring Richard Heath, on vocals and mandolin and Gerry Smith on piano, perform old style acoustic blues with songs from the great American blues tradition as well as their own material.They believe in playing the blues in a simple, authentic and entertaining way, mixing well known classics with lesser known gems. 19th November Arthur Ebeling & Chris Quinn Arthur Ebeling is known in Holland as one of the most authentic, awesome and all around rhythm ‘n blues guitarists and singer-songwriters.Appreciated for his intricate and divers techniques, conveys an obvious love for his Gretsch-guitar, music and performing. 26th November Will Killeen Will Killeen is a highly acclaimed Irish acoustic blues guitarist, singer and songwriter. He has a totally unique style;celtic roots mixed with American blues. You can expect songs from early blues standards through to Dylan classics delivered with inimitable percussive guitar and whirling vocals.
