Last January, we took over RGG from founder Shaun Ryan and what a learning curve it has been! RGG was always Shaun’s baby and his personality made it what it was. It was always going to be a daunting task to keep the stan- dard high without Shaun. Our background is web-based media and none of us had produced a printed publication before so it was a veritable leap into the un- known for us all. Driven by our passion for live music and ably assisted by long- time RGG contributor Nick J.Townsend, regular music gear re- viewer Adam Roberts and other contributors, we're confident that we've done our utmost to make each issue the best it could be.
