The title track is gentle, uplifting and insanely catchy. Sparse acoustic guitar & bass are supplemented by Jodie’s perfectly weighted vocals and percussion.This is a song that you can imagine some pop-factory picking up on and making a huge hit out of. I love it just as it is though. Second track Untethered, is musically just as sparse as the opener but is significantly darker. Jodie sings of a heartbreak that is subsequently revealed to be somewhat of a blessing. Closing track Impossible, oozes positivity and raises the mood right back up.Anyone who listens to this EP and says they don’t feel even slightly happier afterwards, either has no soul or is lying.
