www.ryansgigguide.com rgg July 2018 37 John Bonham – A Celebration set to Rock Redditch Saturday 22nd September, Redditch  Following the installation of a permanent bronze memo- rial in his hometown of Red- ditch,Worcestershire, a very special music event to celebrate leg- endary Led Zeppelin drummer, John Bonham’s 70th Birthday, life and legacy has been organ- ised by The John Bonham Memorial Friends in partnership with Heart ofWorcestershire College the celebration will take place on Saturday 22nd September 2018 . A stellar line-up of Rock/Blues artists and Spe- cial Guests, all with a connection to John and the Bonham family, will take to the stage in a festival marquee, commencing at 1.00pm and rockin’ until 11.00pm. “This is going to be a memorable day for fans with a mix of well known musicians and rising stars, all giving their time for free to remem- ber John, and help raise money for TCT’s Out- reach Nurses programme in this region” says Event Director, Ros Sidaway. “There’ll also be some very special ‘secret guests’ appearing and sharing their memories of John with the fans”.
