Beverley Knight has added a home town
date for her 2016 tour at Wolverhampton
Slade Rooms on May 26th. Beverley has
played Wolverhampton’s Civic Hall on
every tour she has undertaken throughout
her career but when the venue announced
it was closing for refurbishment in 2016 she
feared she would have to miss out on
a home town gig for the first time ever on
tour. Then the Slade Rooms stepped in and
this show offers the fans the chance to see
Beverley in her most up close and personal
Wolves gig ever. Beverley commented:
“I’m
so glad we could make this happen. Being
able to do a club gig in Wolves is fantastic.
My home town is so special to me I couldn’t
miss out on playing there. I can’t wait!”

Her outstanding live performances as a
touring artist have gained her a legion of
famous fans over the years, from the late
David Bowie to Prince, Stevie Wonder to
Quincy Jones. She has collaborated on
stage and on record with the likes of
Prince, Jamiroquai, Bryan Adams, Ronnie
Wood, Andrea Bocelli, Lionel Richie, Take
That and Chaka Kahn.
